They helped me feel super comfortable, despite my massive amounts of anxiety. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, and they didn't shame me for it but are encouraging me to come back. Everyone was super friendly.

I love this dentist office! They truly are a wonderful family team and the staff are so kind! The husband and wife team do professional work and they take their time to ensure your comfort and put you at ease (I tend to have a little anxiety). I highly recommend this dentist office! They are indeed a North Valley Family Dentist!

Absolutely great dentistry. I have extreme anxiety around dental pain and numbness. They made me feel comfortable and did my fillings with virtually no pain. This is the first good experience I've had at a dentist. I highly recommend.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but this office made my dental treatment as stress free as possible. They are caring, kind, attentive and great at what they do. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist again as I knew there was a lot of damage that needed to be fixed and did not want to receive a scolding that I had experienced from dentist before, happy to say no scolding what so ever. They have made the experience wonderful and are always warm and welcoming in. I have had quite a bit of work done since I started with them and each time the experience is wonderful. They answer all my questions and discuss everything with me to make sure I understand what is going on and am comfortable with what is being done. I have recommended them to several people who have the same apprehensions I did about going to the dentist. Great staff and experience.

Had the best experience today at North Valley Family Dentist! I haven’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit, so naturally I was nervous and a bit embarrassed going in for my first appointment. The appointment was amazing! The receptionist was so welcoming when I came in, and helpful and patient when I checked out and scheduled future appointments. The assistant was so nice and she explained everything she was doing as she worked. The dentist was also nice and super funny! Everyone was just so great and not judgmental at all. Over all I’m just really happy and relieved to be on my way to a healthy mouth and actually looking forward to my upcoming visits! Never would have thought I would say that haha. Highly recommend.

Best dental experience of my life and I do not.like going to dentists! Professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail from educational topics to the bill. No upcharging like our last dentist.

This is the best practice I've ever been to. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor......they are all great!! I would recommend this office to anyone.

Staff was all very friendly, each one greeted me and the receptionist explained everything about my insurance very well. The dental assistant was very nice and personable. The dentist was funny, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed. I would definitely recommend.

I have the worst anxiety going to the dentist. I’ve had traumatic experiences in the past and hate having to see a doctor. From the moment I talked to Kari on the phone to schedule my new patient appointment until I walked out the door of my new patient appointment they made me feel at ease. I walked in, greeted right away, they took me back in just a few short mins, the assistant who helped me was wonderful. She was very thorough and explained everything before we got started. She really helped calm my nerves before seeing the doc. He came in and introduced himself , cracked a few jokes and got right to the point of what we need to do to take care of me. The assistant went over brushing and flossing with me and then I was back at the front desk where Kari took great care of me again. She went over my insurance with me and explained everything perfectly. I’m so happy I found this pace. I will be scheduling my children appointments as well very soon.
